Insulation Workers

Introduction

We are looking for experienced Insulation Workers to join our projects in industrial, marine, and construction environments. You will be responsible for installing and repairing insulation systems on pipes, ducts, walls, and equipment to ensure thermal, acoustic, and fire protection performance. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, practical, and committed to quality workmanship.

At present, we work with citizens of European Union member states as well as Ukrainian citizens, and we also provide services to individuals of any nationality who hold a valid residence permit in Estonia. Opportunities to arrange permits for candidates from other countries are currently limited; however, we are actively exploring ways to expand our services in this area.

Requirements

Proven experience in thermal, acoustic, or fireproof insulation work;
Ability to read technical drawings and insulation specifications;
Experience with insulation materials, cladding, and finishing methods;
Good understanding of workplace safety requirements;
Communication skills in English, Russian, or Estonian are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, fit, and install insulation materials on pipes, ducts, tanks, and other surfaces;
Apply protective coverings, cladding, and finishing materials;
Remove and replace damaged or outdated insulation where required;
Interpret technical plans and follow project specifications;
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards;
Maintain tools, materials, and a clean work area.
