Solar Panel Installer

Introduction

We are looking for motivated and skilled Solar Panel Installers to join our renewable energy projects. You will be responsible for installing solar panel systems on residential, commercial, or industrial sites, ensuring safe and efficient assembly and connection of system components. The successful candidate will be hands-on, safety-conscious, and interested in sustainable energy solutions.

At present, we work with citizens of European Union member states as well as Ukrainian citizens, and we also provide services to individuals of any nationality who hold a valid residence permit in Estonia. Opportunities to arrange permits for candidates from other countries are currently limited; however, we are actively exploring ways to expand our services in this area.

Requirements

Previous experience in solar panel installation, roofing, electrical works, or construction is an advantage;
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions;
Basic understanding of electrical systems and installation techniques;
Ability to read technical drawings and installation plans;
Communication skills in English, Russian, or Estonian are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Install mounting structures, solar panels, and related system components;
Assist with wiring, connection, and testing of solar systems where applicable;
Read and follow technical drawings, layouts, and installation instructions;
Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards;
Perform site preparation and maintain tools and materials properly;
Cooperate with electricians, supervisors, and project teams.
