I came from Ukraine and started working at Safe City OÜ as a general labourer. Over time, I grew into the role of warehouse manager at the construction site of the solar park in Risti. I am currently responsible for recording and issuing materials, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with contractors. The work is organised clearly: there is structure, no chaos, and everyone knows their area of responsibility. Andrei, the employer’s representative, helped me adapt quickly on site, is always available, and genuinely helps resolve issues. The company has a normal, human attitude toward employees and offers opportunities to grow if you show results.
