Ship Repair Workers

Introduction

We are looking for experienced Ship Repair Workers to join our marine and shipyard projects. You will take part in maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and installation works on vessels and marine structures. The successful candidate will be technically capable, adaptable, and ready to work in a demanding shipyard environment.

At present, we work with citizens of European Union member states as well as Ukrainian citizens, and we also provide services to individuals of any nationality who hold a valid residence permit in Estonia. Opportunities to arrange permits for candidates from other countries are currently limited; however, we are actively exploring ways to expand our services in this area.

Requirements

Previous experience in ship repair, shipbuilding, or marine maintenance;
Practical skills in mechanical, structural, or outfitting works;
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely;
Good understanding of shipyard safety rules and procedures;
Communication skills in English, Russian, or Estonian are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Carry out repair, maintenance, and refurbishment works on vessels and marine equipment;
Assist with steel, mechanical, piping, or outfitting tasks as required;
Inspect damaged areas and perform repair work according to specifications;
Support dry dock, onboard, and workshop activities;
Maintain safe and efficient working practices in all shipyard operations;
Cooperate with supervisors and other technical teams to complete projects on schedule.
